that's what happens when you go on a binge 🤮 I had my 2 tacos last night And was doing fine till I got a craving for sweets. I had a full reese's peanut butter bar (all 3 cups) a handful of gummy worms, a handful of skittles and a handful of Cadbury's mini eggs!!!! I had so much sugar I felt sick when I went to bed! I couldn't seem to stop myself even though I knew how bad it was for me. today I am on track again, but now I have to make up lost ground

don't keep that stuff at home. It's not good for any family members.

I usually like to save my treat day for Creamy fettuccine (full cream and parmesan, but I blew it by eating some peanut butter cups last night too. And a small bag of chips, so now I don't get my rich, high fat treat this week, either! I was proud that I didn't buy a family size serving.

I am unfortunately munching on a bunch of skittles right now too!! It’s hard to hold ourselves back sometimes☹️ at least you’re back at it now!

Weight loss doesn’t happen in a straight line! We all go off track sometimes :) just remember your overall loss and how far you’ve already come. 20 steps forward and 1.6 steps back ain’t bad!!

Just keep on moving. You are human. Pick up this morning like a perfect day is upon you.

and I understand what you're saying but I keep thinking all of that hard work that I've done so far I'm not going to throw it away and as soon as I get a craving I will go and have a mint or grab a cucumber or something like that out of the fridge and then it kind of throws you off and keeps you on track. don't be hard on yourself just carry on doing what you were doing. You got this

It's a challenge when the cravings hit. I try not to have any of it in the house because of those slippery times. Hard when they are gifted to you though. Glad you are back on track today.
