I have remained below 2000 calories each day I have restarted the diet, combined with very active work at 114, with late night activity. Today I saw a decrease when I weighed myself. I am determined to lose a minimum of 1 lb per week.
113.9 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hey DBC, I was in the same boat. When I was younger I could just eat whatever and my metabolism was burning it right off. As I got older it slowed down. I went from 191 in Sept to 154 today. I just stopped eating sugar all together and no more carbs, unless they come from cruciferous veggies. I also do a brisk walk 2 to 3 times a week. That's it. I went Keto and it came right off. Give it a try. You'll be amazed how it does really work.
