felt my body was different yesterday so i weighed today.this time nude and after my morning sit down.i was pleasently surprised.i honestly havent been doing that great imagine if i really kicked but.happy friday.

76.7 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg. Still to go: 20.0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 4.2 kg a Week
