Well, the holidays took a toll and I couldn’t bear to record some of the weights between then and now. So, we shall press on and keep working on getting it down.
103.7 kg Lost so far: 11.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
