Yesterday, I took my first real steps to face my obesity with truth. LOL! When I look back at all the days I have fooled myself and handled this journey with a passionate falsehood, this journey won't be the cakewalk I have continued to tell myself as I yoyo'd my way to mediocrity. I have one other demon in my midst which is even bigger and more destructive than my obesity. It has become a huge problem and if I don't master it...I will effectively destroy my golden years.
