have been without a stove since July 23. had a romance that was exciting but also confusing and then finally over. didn't do well not using food over that. haven't been exercising: heat, went back to work, etc. I think that has as much todo with the weight gain as anything. I feel that after I have my birthday party, have the kitchen wall repair done, and get my new stove, things will be better. Even as I write that, I think it's hooey-ish. Even if I don't exercise, I will be fine if I don't binge on junk or overeat. That is the real goal.
