I’m not going to let myself get down about the scale not moving again today. I still had a good weight loss for the week. Heck, I’ve had good weight loss for the past 40 days or so. It’s not on here because I refused to record it, but I was 184 mid December. So I’m happy with my weight loss and self control. I’ve cut my calories down to 1500. I went over that by 30 yesterday. I had two pieces of a kit kat bar. Then I put the rest of the bar in my husbands drawer and walked away! That’s big for me! Normally I’d eat the whole big bar! So, that’s a win! I have had wine 3 different evenings since Jan first, but again, 3 out of 11 evenings is good for me. These are all wins and all good, slow, steady changes I’m making. And.. I feel great! Already I feel better! I had gotten heavier than I was when I was pregnant. Felt so miserable, and watched the scale continue to climb up. I was scared for how much more weight I’d gain. So, I made some changes, some hard, some easy. Now 11 lbs down and I feel healthier already!
78.5 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
