Getting my cardio in, about 20 minutes a day to try and help jump start my metabolism! Lifting is going well, but that is because I love it. i want to be tighter and maintain my strength. So far it is working!
74.8 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
