Suddenly a thought hit me today while slowly sipping some delicious chocolate milk. I love food so much! Especially fruit, sweet potatoes, soup, creamy stuff, and so on I could keep listing. My biggest hurdle rn is I turn off my brain and overeat. This year I want to slowly, thoughtfully enjoy all these foods I love☺️
60.2 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
