Found out my old scale was a bit off also gaining after the holidays and moving apartments, having something closer to a desk job now doesn’t help either. I’ve got some healthy recipes and meal prep boxes hopefully packing my lunch will help.
108.6 kg Lost so far: 14.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
