I'm waiting for my weight to back up any day now at least by some 500 g, since I lost almost 1 kg in just one day without doing anything special for that to happen.

body fat percentage: 10.2 % (highly inaccurate reading from body composition scanner)
60.2 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
