Ate out at Old Country buffet two days in a row..surprised its not more than this!! Well I am not content with this up and down bull - very aggravating ....going to shake things up with a loooong juice fast...and salads! Time to get things moving in the right direction!!
97.4 kg Lost so far: 82.5 kg.    Still to go: 31.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
