Life slowly getting back to keto dinner meal omad and If. I have been having store bought eggs whits from Costco at lunch though. I was reading the book Fat Flush over the holidays, and the author believes we should have 2 eggs a day plus other protein. Ive always loved eggs and believe it is the perfect lunch meal, if you are hungry. So when hungry at lunch time I indulge. I have been doing daily cross country skiing as well as swimming mwf. I have tracked trails right out my front door and they are calling to me now...
74.6 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week

You have the best trails! I bet today the cross country skiing was amazing. The day was so warm and the breeze was pleasant. Holly and I had a pleasant walk. I have been eating two poached eggs for breakfast with some grated sweet potato for almost a year now. Great way to start the day. Swimming feels so darn good, doesn't it? Happy New Year!
