doing IF 24hrs, which is actually 23hrs of fast. eating mostly soup and feeling pretty good... I do drink meat broth and water through the days since the Christmas day. I'm getting ready to poach a couple eggs in what's left of my soup broth. love runny hot yolk with Keto Almond toast, coffee with unrefined coconut oil n mct oil powder. maybe a cheese burger w/mayo for supper tonight. I'll start another pot of soup maybe, beef today. everything is always subject to change.. just like life itself
