I haven't totally reigned it in so my calorie totals have still been higher. The good thing is they have been lower than a few days ago. Finishing off some leftovers in the fridge....I ate clam chowder for lunch & pork roast for dinner. Eating more has messed with my hunger levels so even though I had a very satisfying lunch, I was very hungry late afternoon. Rather than suffer through I had popcorn. I think if I gradually cut back each day I can get back to eating 1200 to 1300 calories a day. That goal of 145 is still there & I have every intention of hitting it! Then on to maintenance for 2020 😊 I am feeling very motivated to not be back here again trying to lose that same 10...20....or 30 lbs. once again.

I'm driving back down to Columbus today. My sister in law's Mom passed away on the 26th & the funeral is tomorrow. The Atlanta traffic can be brutal so I'm staying at my sisters'. She would have been 90 in Jan. A long & full life but she was in the final stages of Alzheimer's. She was still at home with her 91 year old husband caring for her with the assistance of hospice. My SIL drove back & forth a lot as well. It's sad but a blessing.

So, I need to get moving. A little breakfast then I need to get organized.
