No donuts 4 U's Journal, 06 Mar 13

I've had a few off days with my diet. spending the day with Kev over the weekend, going to breakfast & the movies I hd a giant coke, buttery popcorn & nachos & cheese, starbucks & donuts. I didnt think I lost anything. almost time to buy new jeans, I'm constantly pulling up the 18, 16's. i should use my belts.
83.6 kg Lost so far: 20.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
