I am not happy with my weigh in, but I knew the increase was coming. I did horribly over the weekend. I've had a headache that has made me dizzy to the point of almost throwing up since Friday, so no workouts for me. But, I have managed to eat junk. The only thing that sounded good to me all weekend was sugar, so I ate a lot of junk food. I'm feeling a little better today and I'm hoping to get a workout in this evening if I'm not dizzy or nauseated.
My son left for FL with my parents yesterday, so I was a nervous wreck until they called to say they had made it safely. Today they are going to Disney World, so he's excited. He was sad to leave us and the night before they left he said he didn't want to go because he'd miss us. :( He is a homebody and never wants to be away from us very long, so a week without us is pushing it, but I hope he's so busy the time flies. I'm sure he'll be okay, I'm the one who will be worrying all week.
