finally! some downward movement. No sugar! Of course working out everyday does help. No more SUGAR =CRACK!!! deadly poison to my body!
97.3 kg Lost so far: 82.6 kg.    Still to go: 31.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
