Yep!!! Did one min plank, 30 sec side planks, 30 side leg raises each leg, and 35 donkey kicks each leg💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💜

I do the one minute plank every morning just do start with something. These are good ideas for a quick add to that. I like this. Thank you
