Well it's been exactly a week and I'm down 3 lbs and it's that time of the month! so I'm pretty proud that I was able to lose anything. I have REALLY increased my workout efforts and now that I've been pushing myself harder I've realized how slack I had gotten at the gym. I'm capable of so much more :) I've started taking a spin class and a few aerobic type classes which have really pushed me. I don't like to look like a goober in classes so I always try my best to keep up with everyone else. That's why I think classes are a great idea if you're able to take them. Also, it has totally changed how I eat now that I keep track of my calories. WOW I had NO idea how much I was actually eating before. Well not so much how much I was actually eating but how many calories of worthless crap I was putting in my mouth. But I'm very excited to see how the next week goes :)
74.4 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
