what the holy heck?....worked out twice yesterday ....did have damn chocolate covered almonds and regular almonds...but crap crap crap!!!! Lord help me to stop!!!!
99.6 kg Lost so far: 80.3 kg.    Still to go: 33.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
