I am on my way back down to goal. The soup diet is working, but I don't expect to lose the full 10 they said I could. I baked pumpkin and banana bread this morning. I didn't eat any of the finished product, but I licked the spoons and tasted the batter. Bowling was good last night. It really made my arthritic fingers feel good. The weight of the ball stretches out those tendons. I have been sleeping with a glove on because they hurt at night.
