It seems to have paid taking a couple of months off even though I gained 6 pound in 5 days I have knocked off 4 pounds. Just needed some time off as the pounds just weren't leaving when I went to maintenance. Will probably gain a little today but I need a burger and potato fix.
52.7 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
