OMG!!!have been so bad this week so im not surprised ive gained,i knew i shouldnt have eaten all the crap i did,and havent xercised,had the weekend away sooo had some treats then and got out of habits and then continued on for the week,hope ive given myself a wake up call!!this is so hard sometimes,i think i just need a good stretch to ingrain some good habits im just finding it so hard this time.
81.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 14.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
