No change this week. But it's better that there is no change instead of gain. I just need a way to figure out how to get more activity in. But I feel amazing, I'm over 20 lbs lighter and that is the main thing! And I did reach my mini goal of being 180lbs by the time I went to Florida!

Have a great weekend! And chose wisely, that is a note to myself!
