that's what a week of junk food does 🤔 spent from Tuesday 7am until after 8pm last night back and forth to the hospital with my hubby. it's in the city 5hrs from home, so no choice but to eat every meal out as we are in a hotel. dud my best to make good choices, but even those are over salted or too much sugar/fat ☹ combined with the stress, I'm just happy it's only 2 pounds
120.6 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 18.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
