I hate that the scale keeps going up, and I keep working out at a higher intensity. Hub picked the 100 morning meltdown on Beachbody which so far has been good. These workouts challenge us but not to the point where it makes us want to stop because they’re too difficult. The hub also installed a heater in the garage so now when it’s below 30 degrees I can walk on the treadmill a little more comfortably without having to put so many layers on. I’m hoping to do more walking, since the garden has been torn out and the weather getting cooler I haven’t been outside walking nearly as much as I do during the summer months. In fact I’ve been crafting, reading books and baking/cooking to freeze food/treats for thanksgiving and keeping up with the kids demands for the daily eats. Did I also mention I’m exhausted all the time? And I have no answers as to why I’m so tired other than I’m doing too much during the days when I’m awake; I get a solid 7-8 hours of sleep at night and sometimes a nap during the day with my 3 year old.
