I just continue to gain weight. I'm going to keep on with adding protein, I've added vitamin D supplements since I was below the normal. At this point, I'm just trying not to gain more weight. I'll continue with my walking, Pilates, yoga etc. I'm just tired so it's been a challenge. The doctor told me about 3 months to get my D levels back up.
69.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
