Last week has came and went along with it was my daughters first musical which she did an awesome job in both performances. Now to get the vehicles ready for the pending winter and keep on going with all the kids activities. I’m going to really focus in on eating better since there are days when I won’t get a workout in (like this past weekend). Now to get on with this week and hopefully some of this weight can go away along the way.
