This yo-yo has to stop! I am tired of all my own excuses. This week was Valentine's Day, but I don't believe I overate to this extreme. There is also all the weight training to be considered... Maybe I need to back off on weight training for a bit. And of course, in a week I gained, we are not going to the gym this morning. Ugh.
