I'm surprised that I lost a pound since yesterday but I'm not getting my hopes up yet. Since after having Jonny I had lost all but like 7 pounds so I was 145 this time last yr. Don't get me wrong I'm thrilled and glad that I've not eaten any junk. I just wish I wasn't soi sore and achey from the excercising. I don't even want to go walking this morning but I plan to push on.
