This is CRAZY. Should I be losing weight this fast? I said I was only going to weigh in once a week, but I was curious, and I lost 2 more lbs.!!

131.5 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 49.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

If ur just starting yeah its quite possible u'll lose a bunch in the beginning fast.. a lot is water weight and it will stabilize eventually... take advantage of it!! lol... my first month i lost 14 lbs so fast i was in shock.. the next 16, not so much.. but either way i'm healthier and more in shape..
