Away from my scales for a couple of days....this morning down .2....so basically I maintained. My weekend did include a small slice of red velvet birthday cake, that I enjoyed! And my fries at lunch yesterday 😋 after arriving back home. I have had fries at home that I oven baked & carefully measured but I've been avoiding them in restaurants. After a lunch out we chose to have cheese, crackers & sliced apple & pears for dinner. I started to have an adult beverage but changed my mind & had sparkling water. And no dessert. So good girl, Sherrye 😀

I enjoyed spending time with my sisters....one of which is recovering from a hip replacement. She is 8 years younger than I, but has suffered a lot of health issues. But, she tries not to let it hold her down. I also spent time with my son, granddaughter & daughter in law. It all went fine in spite of some trepidation. My daughter in law can be difficult 😐 She was on good behavior this time 😊

Just under a month from Thanksgiving....my goal date to be at 145. Just 9 more lbs. At this point there's a lot of fluctuation up & down so keeping my fingers crossed I make some progress.
69.9 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
