I have beenworking on lifting weighs especially my legs so i am not too concern since muscle weighs more than fat.
189.7 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 87.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.7 kg a Week
