😔😯 We didnt go out for dinner last night....postponed til tonight cause the weather was really rainy all day & today is supposed to be sunny & nice. I decided to eat the leftover Publix wraps hubby had taken for poker refreshments a few nights ago. We also had leftover baked beans, tomato cucumber salad & Buffalo wings. I had 2 small wraps, 3 wings, beans & salad. I estimated calories and went slightly over my RDI but for the second day in a row way over the 1200 to 1300 I have usually been eating 😕 I knew when I started to eat all this food it was too much. I should have stopped at 1 wrap and probably half of the baked beans....or maybe none at all. The wraps weren't even that good, any more. 😐

So tonight we're going to a Pizza place. And tomorrow & Sunday I'll be out of town to celebrate my Granddaughter & son's birthdays. We're going to an Italian resteraunt Sunday night. At least the pizza place has good salads, so that may need to be my choice tonight. If I was in maintenance I'd probably be less upset about 2lbs. Right now that 2 lbs. probably means a week to get back where I was yesterday and very little progress towards the 10 lbs. I'm trying to lose. I have a lot of respect for those losing 50, 100 lbs. or more cause it takes real dedication to stick with it when you have setbacks. I only wanted to lose 30 lbs. and that's hard enough!

I think if I wasn't also feeding my husband it may be easier. I had suggested we eat those wraps & he said let's have wings, too. I honestly didn't think it was too much til I sat down to that full plate. I'm usually satisfied with less food these days. Live & learn.
