Feeling pretty good and back in the groove. Have to stay focused and determined on my goals. I am planning on going on two water trips in the coming year, one in march and the other in summer, where i want to be more agile and confident in the water. And, yes, I also want to look better in my suit!!
I've also decided to go back to more vegetarian.
