Yesterday was one of my no meat days.
Usually my 3 no meat days consist of a Large salad of, kale, broccoli, asparagus, Brussels sprouts, olives, walnuts, cream cheese, Greek all purpose seasoning, avocado or olive oil & cidar vinegar.
I'm feeling better than I have in a very long time.
95.5 kg Lost so far: 12.0 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
