Had our Sunday Dessert yesterday, and probably have some sugars and fiber holding water in my colon this morning. Still ok considering the last few days.

After my bike ride yesterday I see spots with muscle contractions on my legs. Still have work to do in regards to dietary minerals balancing. Suspect I may put too much Potassium in my meat mix last time.

Going on a long road trip to visit friends today. Not sure how to navigate a long fast in today. Got a normal day ahead, so I bmay cut some slack for today.
79.1 kg Lost so far: 49.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
