Kind of a scary number today- probably dehydrated but I won’t complain.

75.6 kg Lost so far: 9.7 kg. Still to go: 16.6 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Loss is loss no matter the scary number:) It is close to Hallowe'en so maybe you are just getting into the spirit of the holiday? Glad to see the scale moved downwards for you.
