My weight is better today. I kept calories around 1200 for the weekly average. It probably will be back up next week though I have a bday party tomorrow. I'm going to try not to do too bad but my daughter is making the cupcakes and they are so delicious. I need to stay focused . Thanksgiving and Christmas are right around the corner and I don't want to start the holidays with a big gain.
