Returned home. No change. It must be all the delicious Indian meals I have had recently.
Last night we had scallops, butterfly crab with keto mushroom sauce. I could not push myself away from the table and I ate a little too much. Decafinated presses black coffee to top it off.
76.6 kg Lost so far: 8.7 kg.    Still to go: 17.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week

Sometimes it is just like that. You will catch your feet as the emotions start to settle. It must be lovely to ground yourself in your home.

No change seems to be a recent pattern for me, and then drop; it can be several days. Wait!! Decaffeinated coffee? Decaffeinated?? For the love of all that is good in the world . . . why?? Haha -- just teasing! I love coffee for dessert. Great job! :)

Decaffeinated coffee because I had already had two strong cups.I don’t like It when I get too buzzed. Decaff is my harm reduction approach. Then I switch to herbal tea. Although right now it is a glass of white wine.

Better still, I’m now in Banff. The mountains and fresh air are really helping to bring balance. Last night we had a cheese seafood fondue on a hot rock- no bread but lots of mushrooms with the lobster and scallops. It was amazing. Today indulged in the spa after swimming. I feel very cleansed.

That sounds amazing! Banff is incredibly beautiful. The Arts aspect of your trip fills and fuels the soul.
