Finally under 90kg 💃. I've lost 13 kg from the day I started this diet on 24 July this year. My clothes tell a good story🎺. But i'm still wobbly on exercising. Forward march.
89 kg Lost so far: 11 kg.    Still to go: 14 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
