Not happy with the weight gain but it’s what happens when I don’t put any restrictions in place as far as eating/drinking during a camping trip. I didn’t drink as much water as I normally would, or anything for that matter. I ate a lot because we had a big meal 3 times a day (with the exception or Saturday when we decided to skip lunch after a large late breakfast.) BUT on a positive note I walked on average 6 miles a day between geocaching and just walking the trails for fun. Now it’s back to the everyday grind of things as well as winterizing the camper. Hopefully getting back on track with the workouts won’t be too difficult and my energy from this weekend will return, right now I’m just exhausted from all the doing and thinking about the to do list for the week.
