Darbo's Journal, 23 Aug 10

The first time I weighed in was right before Personal Training session. I asked my trainer to reweigh me before the Team Weight Loss class (at Lifetime Fitness) and it showed a lower weight. SOOOOO of course, I am going with the lower weight. 2 more lbs to go till goal. Then it is time for me to think of a new goal!!!
75.7 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
