totally not weighing myself. had a stupid mon - fri. i even ate donuts (plural). I am back on the wagon and will weigh myself maybe tomorrow.
110.7 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 42.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
