“We never give up”.... I think it was Winston Churchill that coined that phrase. Today will continue my fast until dinner.

76.7 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg. Still to go: 17.7 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

What is the alternative to giving up? A guarantee to not make one's goals! Soldiering on is just what has to happen! You will get there, I am sure.
