I’m not happy with being on a plateau, seems like doesn’t matter how much I log my intake and how consistent I am with working out I’m not losing, but I keep on wiggling up. This week is MEA for kids which means only 2 days of school this week. We are also going on our last camping trip of the year and I’m planning on taking a break from logging my food intake and see what happens. I’m also taking a break from my normal workout routine Thursday-Sunday due to the camping trip.
