well, I survived Thanksgiving dinner! Hard to do with everyone urging you to "just one bite, you have to try this" stuck to the Turkey, green salad, and gave in to a helping of my sister's stuffing. passed on all the deserts though 😎
122.2 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 20.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You did better than I did for sure! I gave myself permission to just enjoy. I loaded up my plate but left almost half of it and then enjoyed a piece of pie. Now back to my normal today!
