For the Christmas Challenge: Only 1 pound down for this week (the third), so I'll need to step it up to drop 2 by the end of next week. For the Challenge, I should be down 4.5 by the end of today, but I'm "just" down 4; should be down 6 by the end of next week, so I've got my work cut out for me.
90.3 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
