Well, the stress got me ...been doing ok, but circumstances are not good! Have continued to do my morning walks, which really help. Just keep telling myself 80/20 life happens! Keep on keeping on!!
76.1 kg Lost so far: 103.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
